To enable precise cluster creation, MARTA provides a wide range of filters, based on demographic data, Card or Badge information, and behavior-related criteria such as movement amounts and frequency. Once created, a cluster can be saved and reused at any time.

When saving, you can select to store the cluster as a template, as a static group, or as a dynamic group. In the dynamic option, new customers who meet the set criteria will be automatically added over time. MARTA makes the development of promotional target groups simple, thorough, and, when needed, dynamically adaptable.

• Fidely Cards, which use MARTA's proprietary encoding.
• Bank Cards, which use standard banking encodings.
• Non-Fidely Cards, which are any other cards whose codes can be manually uploaded into a whitelist.

The 'whitelist' defines all codes available for card association within your campaign.

Discounts and coupons

A discount is automatically applied when the customer makes a purchase. You can set either a fixed amount (e.g., €5) or a percentage (e.g., 10%) to be deducted from the total. The device executing the movement will recognize the customer's eligibility and apply the discount automatically, displaying the final amount to be paid.

A coupon is issued when the customer performs a specific action. Each coupon may have a fixed value or a percentage relative to the purchase. The unique barcode associated with the coupon can be printed on the receipt or sent via email or SMS. Once redeemed, the coupon's code is marked as used and becomes inactive.
