Card Types and Categories
Make your card offerings more appealing by creating different categories to incentivize your most loyal customers or by integrating internal cards with third-party cards.
You can manage a large number of card categories and define custom logic for achieving specific statuses, offering increasing and differentiated benefits to different customer segments.
MARTA supports three card types that can operate simultaneously within a campaign:
• Fidely Cards, which use MARTA's proprietary encoding.
• Bank Cards, which use standard banking encodings.
• Non-Fidely Cards, which are any other cards whose codes can be manually uploaded into a whitelist.
The 'whitelist' defines all codes available for card association within your campaign.
Family and Gift Cards
Enhance customer loyalty with Gift Cards and Family Cards.
Gift Cards are an excellent tool for upselling. In addition to boosting sales, they help acquire new customers and increase revenue.
Family Cards encourage more users to obtain cards that can be linked to a main "Mother" Card, allowing them to share a single points wallet and/or credit wallet.
