A fraud monitoring system is essential to keep your loyalty campaigns secure and efficient.

MARTA operates across two separate areas: the Configuration Area and the Fraud Monitor.

In the Configuration Area, you can define control rules and monitoring parameters.

You can specify which movements to supervise and determine what actions to take in the event of anomalies, such as sending email alerts to designated experts or blocking suspicious cards.

The Fraud Monitor logs, analyzes, and reports detected irregularities, and also allows for manual intervention in doubtful cases.
