Promotions
Backoffice access allows you to retrieve all details about your promotions, either overall or per store, and monitor their performance.
Based on a full analysis of relevant data, you can use POST, PUT, and PATCH requests to create, update, activate, or deactivate a promotion, depending on your campaign's current state and customer activity.
You can also create new clusters or retrieve data on existing ones to apply them strategically in your promotional efforts.
Prizes and Catalogs
You can register significant information about the prizes you manage, such as available categories and catalogs, details about active catalogs, lists of redeemed prizes (overall or per store), and their status. This status, along with shipping and inventory information, can be modified via the back office.

Badges and Cards
With specific Backoffice APIs, you can retrieve information about the badges and cards already activated in your campaign, useful for creating customer clusters.
You can also request details about available categories for both features, allowing you to create, modify, or extend functionality by adding new badges or cards.
With Backoffice access and the appropriate permissions, you can view and manage the lists of networks, stores, and terminals under your control.
You can create new entries, modify existing ones, and retrieve the list of payment methods available at each network or store.

Backoffice operations for managing the customer base include accessing lists of active customers, retrieving available languages, creating and searching for clusters and modifying card-related informations. You can also retrieve data on previously created clusters and dynamic fields associated with the campaign.
On an individual level, you can access personal data, selected language, geolocation, suggested news, and active card information.You can view available coupons and promotions for each customer, and check their eligibility for daily Instant Win rewards (if enabled).
Additionally, you can change username and password via OTP verification, merge two cards by combining their respective data (points or credits) or delete a customer profile along with all associated preferences.
Pincode
The pincode is a code assigned to each customer, activated to perform operations such as point or credit redemption.
Backoffice APIs offer endpoints to send a pincode for credit usage, modify existing pincodes and reset pincodes for point redemption.
The main Backoffice operations related to movements include retrieving lists of movements and free movements, as well as details of specific movement events.
By providing the movement ID, you can fetch its details or delete it. You can also create or modify free movements as needed.
Additional actions include loading or redeeming points from a specific card, locking or unlocking a card, allocating points to a specific store or network and logging promotion information linked to a movement.
Backoffice APIs provide endpoints for generating and validating verification codes to authenticate customers.
These codes allow for secure changes to credentials and personal data.
You also have access to the list of SMS providers integrated with the platform for direct communication with your customer base.
