Every operation depends on the rights of that store and that operator. No extra menus: the POS shows only what that operator can do in that store. 7 languages supported natively.

Main operation

A sale in 3 steps: amount, details, receipt — with vouchers and wallet redemption

The sale flow is built to be quick and guided: step 1 enter the amount, step 2 select vouchers and redeem credits from the wallet, step 3 a receipt with the full summary.

I vouchers that apply are shown automatically from the customer's card. The wallet redemption (points, credits) is optional and the operator chooses it. The configurable free fields (Purchase Rules) let you collect extra data on every sale — item code, product category, receipt number.

Rewards and Gift Card

Rewards with variants and delivery, Gift Card issuance and redemption — all from the POS

The Reward request flow shows the rewards catalogue available to the customer, the variants they can pick (size, colour, temperature) and the custom options set by the program. If the reward can be delivered at home, the customer can choose delivery.

Il Reward collection handles in-store handover: the operator finds the order and confirms the physical handover. For the Gift Card, the POS lets you issue one, set its value and redeem it later in a sale, straight from the spend flow.

Goodbye paper forms: GDPR consent signed by OTP, right at the POS

La customer registration walks the operator through profile details and GDPR consent, step by step. When it is time to sign, the system sends an OTP to the customer's mobile: the code they receive replaces a signature on paper and is legal proof of the consent given. No paper form, no manual collection, no physical archive to keep.

The card is read by barcode, QR code or manual entry. Card operations available on the POS: entry, card switch between cards of the same customer, temporary block and unblock, replacement with a new card. The lookups show wallet balances, the current tier and the last movement.
