Rewards · Engagement

From catalogue to delivery: you manage rewards with variants, stock and payment in points or Stripe

The rewards module is one of the most complete modules in Marta Platform. You organise catalogues with capabilities you can configure, rewards with variants and stock for every combination, customisations made to order, and flexible ways to pay — wallet points, money or Stripe.

The request flow follows a state machine from end to end: from the request at POS or in the back office, through confirmation, fulfillment, in-store collection or home delivery. The external suppliers receive the dispatch automatically, with retry.

Catalogues · Capabilities

Each catalogue groups the rewards and sets the operating rules through a set of capabilities you switch on one by one. You can limit visibility to POS or to specific customer clusters, choose the stores where a reward can be requested or collected, and turn on home delivery, require manual confirmation before fulfillment, and set validity dates.

Each reward can then override the stores on the catalogue (ADDITIVE or EXCLUSIVE mode) and have two-level categories, a code, a brand, a rich text description and images uploaded to S3.

Starter, Advanced and Top status, with a reward after three purchases.

Variants · Stock · Customisations

Stock for every combination of variants: size, colour, or any attribute you configure

I variant types (Size, Colour, Format…) are defined on the catalogue and applied to the rewards. For every combination of values — M + White, L + Black — stock is kept separately, with a deterministic combo signature so each combination stays unique.

Le customisations (text to engrave, initials, a dedication) are added as text or selectable attributes, without touching stock. The customer picks the variant and the customisation at POS or in Area Cliente before confirming the request.

State machine · Requests

The request status stays visible: from the request to in-store collection or home delivery

Every reward request goes through a state machine that is complete and fully traced. After the request (POS or back office), the system takes payment in the wallet and/or Stripe, handles manual confirmation (if the catalogue calls for it), fulfillment, in-store collection or shipping.

Special statuses include Not picked (reward not collected), Returned (a return) and Home delivery. The confirmation blacklist lets you always require manual confirmation for specific customers. The operations dashboard shows requests by status, live.

Suppliers · Payment

External suppliers, with automatic dispatch and flexible payment: points, cash or a credit card via Stripe

I reward suppliers automatically receive the confirmed requests through a dispatch queue with automatic retry and cancellation. Each supplier has its own record, and its own handling of dispatch statuses.

Payment is completely flexible: you configure combinations of a points wallet, credit and money. OR alternatives let you offer more than one way to pay — "500 points + € 5" or "€ 50 only". The customer can also pay directly with credit card via Stripe.
